Valid for Interactions and Curriculum, WAC 110-300-0331(1), because there were multiple witnesses who verified this during interviews and through video footage. Staff members were seen grabbing children by the arm, spraying water in children's faces, holding them down and restraing them on cots, yelling at children, screaming in their faces, shoving children, threatening children, cursing at children, name calling, throwing things at children, and kicking children.
